A Note about Thai Sky Festival 2010

We do hope to organize Thai Sky Festival 2010, though this depends upon the availability and schedule of the Royal Thai Air Force, whose gracious collaboration enables this event to happen! Typically, we receive an invitation from them during the summer/autumn of the year before.

We expect to hear from the RTAF between July and October of 2009.  When that happens, we will post all pertinent information on this web-site, so do continue to visit for updates.  In the meantime, see below for a taste of the fun we had in 2009 . . . .

What a Great Boogie
on the most beautiful drop zone in the world!

Oh sure, we had a few weather and aircraft challenges,
but it would have taken a lot more than that to stop us from having an

AMAZING Thai Sky Festival 2009!

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
to the
275 awesome participants from, 26 different nations, who made it possible
Thank you for sharing your time and your Smiles with us during this event
Thank you for looking after one another to make this the safest boogie on the planet
!

And thank you for opening your hearts and pocketbooks to the children of Prachuap Khirikhan.
Your generous gifts put smiles on many, many faces!  Participant and sponsor donations resulted in
THB 134050 (about USD 3850)!  That's the largest amount we've ever raised during a Thai Sky Festival!

During the second week of April, BJ and Bobbie attended the official opening of the Library
that Thai Sky Festival participants funded in 2008, and visited several schools to review which most needs
the funds donated in 2009.  Click here for photos and details about all the Thai Sky Festival school projects . .

Now it's time to feast your eyes on a few select images from the Thai Sky Festival 2009 Camera Flyers!
Note that the images below are but a few, very low-res thumbnails.
We encourage you to visit each camera flyer's web-site to view a spectacular array of photos,
and to support these camera flyers by buying your favorites to share with family and friends!
